| | Brunei: AMIR Consortium, BEDB to develop B2B |

Brunei Times, 29 Jan 2010, online:-
AMIR Consortium and the Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB) have signed an accord to develop Padian, an online business-to-business (B2B) portal. A subscription fee will be imposed on small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) for products or services posted on the portal. The portal will initially accept subscribers from Brunei. Padian will accept foreign subscribers at a later stage. The website will be the first of its kind in the nation.
