1. Target Group
· For company - will be applying for MSC Malaysia Status in the next 6 – 12 months.
2. Workshop Overview
· Comprehensive facilitation leads by experienced speaker on business plan development (for MSC Malaysia Status)
· Interactive tutorials and guided discussion
· Power Lunch – opportunity to network with participants, in view of developing business synergies
3. Attendance
- Limited to one representative (Founder / Owner / Key Personnel) per company.
[Note: Attendees are required to bring their own Notebook PC during the Workshop]
4. The Process
Step 1: Prepare the draft Business Plan (1 - 2 pages) before the workshop.

Step 2: Attend the workshop on 14 & 15 December 2006
Step 3: Submission of fully completed business plan (2 weeks after the workshop).
Step 4: Qualification & Selection for Workshops & Consulting Sessions (i.e. Go-To-Market, Financial Planning & Management)
